Pop Up — Terms of Service

Welcome to Pop Up. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pop Up mobile app. By using Pop Up, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Questions? Email support@popupanalytics.app.

1. What Pop Up is

Pop Up helps you discover local pop-up markets and the vendors at them. Listings shown in the app — including markets, vendors, bios, and catalogs — may be provided by the businesses themselves. We don't guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or quality of any market, vendor, or product you find through the app.

2. Your account

You can browse Pop Up without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete account.

3. Acceptable use

When using Pop Up, you agree not to:

• Break the law or use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Post, publish, or transmit content that is offensive, infringing, deceptive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems.

4. User and business content

Businesses may publish listings and content through Pop Up. That content belongs to whoever provided it, not to us. We don't endorse it and aren't responsible for it. If you believe content in the app is objectionable or infringes your rights, report it using the Report option in the app or email support@popupanalytics.app. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Purchases happen off-app

Any purchases of goods or services you discover through Pop Up take place directly between you and the business, outside the app and our control. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for them.

6. Disclaimers

Pop Up is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop Up and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to the app and these Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may update these Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
